SIT is all about contrasts, and a play of them. Primarily in the sensation of the materials, but also the way a massive and compact construction appear to float just above the floor. This seating furniture was originally developed for an entryway in a private villa, thus symbolizing a transition from outside to inside, from cold to warmth (if you live in Scandinavia that is).
